Frank M. Chapman - President
Frank has over twenty-three years experience as Director of Enginnering and Projects, facilities manager, project foreman, and journeyman electrician. He has significant expertise in estimating, purchasing, scheduling, budget, and contract administration. Frank serves as primary liaison with the owners and their representatives. He coordinates bidding / estimating, negotiation, and fulfillment of equitable contracts. Prior to Native Sons Ltd., Frank was employed by Mohegan Sun Resort as Director of Facilities Maintenance. He gained substantial trade experience as a crew foreman for Northeast Utilities / CL&P. Frank completed his journeyman training program at Thames Valley State Technical College.
Marcus W. McPhee - Vice President
Marcus has over twelve years experience as a purchasing manager, estimator, and project executive. He was instrumental in the construction of the Foxwoods Casino Project in Eastern Connecticut. Marcus is the company's primary buyer and estimator on all project types. He gained experience working in the electrical field while obtaining his B.S. degree from New Hampshire College and then as purchasing agent and estimator for McPhee Electric.
Michael T. Oles - General Manager
Mike has over 30 years experience in the building and electrical industry, including construction in all branches of government and industry. He has also managed commercial real estate in multiple buildings and directed manufacturing operations for a national brand. Mike was hired in January 2002 to expand the company through the Middle Atlantic area, focusing predominately on government contracts. He recieved his management degree from Towson State University.
